Cebuana actress Natileigh Sitoy, who is part of the cast of the film Pinay Beauty, will be top billing the live-action film adaptation of Hideki Arai's manga Itoshi No Irene (Irene of Love). She is also the first Filipino actress to star in a titular Japanese film.

Directed by Keisuke Yoshida, Itoshi No Irene tells the story of Iwao Shishido, a Japanese man who leaves his rural village and comes back with a foreign bride named Irene. The film will be shown in Toho Cinemas around Japan beginning September 14.
