
Local celebrities call out people who hoard goods and health supplies from stores amid the coronavirus 2019 or COVID-19 outbreak in the Philippines.
Heart Evangelista and Kristoffer Martin have asked their followers to avoid buying more than necessary of health supplies.
Heart felt saddened by the panic buying that's been happening, she wrote on Twitter, “Nalulungkot ako sa mga naghohoard. Give chance naman to others :( magtulungan tayo please . 'Yung sapat Lang sana.”

Kristoffer shared how he witnessed people buying multiple bottles of alcohol in the grocery.
He then tweeted, “Maging considerate kayo. Di lang kayo yung tao sa mundo. At kung ibebenta niyo man yon, garapata kayo dito sa mundo.”
Galing akong grocery. So nawitness ko pag panic buying ng mga tao. Nakita ko mga cart minimum ng alcohol sa cart nila 2 boxes. Mga tissue din. Maging considerate kayo. Di lang kayo yung tao sa mundo. At kung ibebenta niyo man yon, garapata kayo dito sa mundo.
