Kapuso journalist and film director Cesar Apolinario's death shocked celebrities and fellow TV reporters. Messages of bereavement and remembrance of his legacy in news reporting poured in on social media this December 13.

Kapuso celebrities Julie Anne San Jose and Barbie Forteza, as well as Cesar's indie film colleague Thou Reyes expressed their disbelief at the sudden passing.
