Hostage-taking incident at Greenhills, San Juan is a top-trending topic on Twitter Philippines.
Authorities are grappling with the hostage-taking incident currently happening at V-Mall at the Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan City today, March 2.
According to reports from GMA News Online, the V-Mall (Virra Mall) is currently on lockdown due to a hostage-taking incident.
Meanwhile, a report from Balitanghali said a former security guard is being considered as a suspect.
In an official statement, Greenhills Center confirmed that some employees of the mall were taken as hostage, while one security guard was injured and was brought to the hospital.
