If adults who are capable of keeping themselves entertained or productive amid the lingering quarantine period still suffer from cabin fever, just imagine how much worse it is for children.

It's easy to see why they would want to turn to their gadgets and escape reality through video games or online content.
However, we all know that in the long run, this will not be beneficial for their physical and mental health. That's why it's important to limit screen time and spend time outdoors too.
In a recent Mars Pa More episode, celebrity moms Rochelle Pangilinan, Camille Prats and Iya Villania shared exclusive photos and videos of their families in the Mars Sharing Group segment.
'Pepito Manaloto' actor John Feir also participated in the fun conversation.
The sharing segment began with former SexBomb dancer and Daisy Siete star Rochelle Pangilinan showing a photo of her and two-year-old daughter Shiloh spending time by the beach in Subic earlier this year.

Rochelle said, “Nainip lang kaming tatlo, so pumunta kami sa Subic.
Rochelle also recalled how Shiloh loved the beach so much and didn't want to leave.
Although it was only a quick trip, Rochelle said she loved every moment of it.
“So, hinahabol mo rin 'yung araw.

Mars Pa More host Camille Prats, on the other hand, shared an adorable video of her kids Nala Nolan doing a calamansi race.
Camille then emphasized the importance of getting kids to play outdoors amid the pandemic and also while they're young.
“'Yung outdoor play, tapos with little things, kahit without anything, puwede kayong mag-enjoy tsaka maglaro. So 'yon 'yung sinisikap namin ni VJ to do for the little ones.
“'Yung ano pa rin enjoy running kahit takbuhan, mapagod, mapawisan, madumihan, okay lang 'yan kasi that's what being a kid is all about.
So, kailangan nating mag-effort to give them a different option and a different thing to do.”
Mars Iya Villania couldn't agree more with Camille and revealed that she has actually forbidden her kids to use gadgets completely.
Kasi iba. Mars, dati parang sige na, I'll give him two hours, I'll give him three hours. Pero I really feel it affects their behavior.”
Rochelle then shared how she also tries to limit Shiloh's screen time.
Since daughter Shiloh gets mad whenever Rochelle grabs the iPad away from her, she has to ask her child to give it to her in a nice and sweet tone.
“Hinihingi ko sa kanya. 'O, finish na. Give that na. Tapos eat na tayo and then we will go outside na.' Ginaganun ko. (laughs)”

Actor John Feir then joked about how he also gives his wife the attitude when he's asked to limit his screen time.
John said, “'Pag pinapatay ng misis ko 'yung PlayStation, nagta-tantrums ako, e. (laughs)”
Iya then shared a video of husband Drew Arellano taking their kids Primo, Leon, and Alana on a quick stroll in their neighborhood, while all three of them were in a wagon.

Iya said, “Siyempre, just like you, guys, ganun talaga 'pag may anak.
And it's so nice when they're all sitting there. When I look at them parang 'Wow. Tatlo na sila.'”
