Isang treat ang naghihintay sa mga Filipino pageants fans and aficionados ngayong weekend dahil magkakaroon sila ng oportunidad na mapanood ang post-pageant life ng 2022 Miss Universe Philippines Celeste Cortesi sa isang documentary series na nagpapakita ng “true picture” ng kanyang buhay.

Ipapalabas ngayong Sabado sa GTV this Saturday at sa August 15 sa GMA Live TV ang 'Celeste Unscripted,' isang eight-episode documentary series na sinusundan si Celeste Cortesi, ang kanyang boyfriend na si Jonathan “Jonny” Sterling, ang kanyang best friend na si Benj, at ang kanyang right-hand man na si Marky habang si Celeste “redirects her life toward love, business, motherhood, and her journey from beauty queen to beauty mogul behind the brand, ASUL.”

Kamakailan lamang ay nagkaroon ng media launch para sa show ang Goat Creative Studios, ang company na gumawa ng show, kung saan napanood ng media ang unang episode ng show. Nasa event si Celeste, Jonny, Benj, at Marky. Pinasalamatan ni Celeste ang media na pumunta sa event.

“I think it's really one of a kind, especially for the Philippines. We went through a lot. I think it's really entertaining and it's fun, and I hope you guys really love it,” saad niya. “I think I also show a side of me nobody ever saw, especially coming from pageantry.”

Pinakilala si Celeste at ang kanyang buong team sa unang episode, at pinakita rin si Celeste addressing ang kanyang Miss Universe 2022 performance. Pinakita rin ang kanyang photoshoot para sa cover ng Glen magazine.

Sinabi ni Michael “Mike” Carandang, ang creator ng show at Goat Creative Studios co-founder kasama si Jonny, sa GMA Lifestyle na maraming mangyayari sa documentary series at isa itong authentic view ng buhay ni Celeste.

“When I produce, you have to trust me because I have a responsibility not just to them but to the viewers, to the people that's watching it, and I have to stick with authenticity,” paliwanag niya. “I don't want to produce something that's your intention to put out there. I have the final say of the edit, but I produce in a very kind way, a very compassionate way.”

Sumasangayon si Jonny. Sinabi niya sa GMA Lifestyle na merong creative control si Mike sa buong show.

“I've never asked for an edit to make me look good in that scene, or I don't wanna show content that way. I've always told Michael that he has full creative control. You release what you want to release,” saad niya.

Dagdag niya, “He is compassionate in the sense of he's not going to make us look as horrible as possible, but he's also not going to let us off east and act like nothing happened. It's an honest production and I think it shows you a true picture of our lives.”

Mapapanood ang 'Celeste Unscripted' simula August 8, 10:30 p.m. sa GTV at sa GMA Life TV simula August 15.
