
TV host and sports anchor Cesca Litton marked her 43rd birthday with a message of strength amid her battle with cancer.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, January 7, she shared a photo of herself sitting on her bed, accompanied by the caption, “Made it to 43.”
The image showed Cesca wearing a pair of bold socks emblazoned with the words, “Dear Cancer, you picked the wrong bitch.”
The powerful statement quickly resonated with her followers, drawing messages of support and admiration.
Cesca was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2024. She underwent a mastectomy and reconstruction in January 2025 and completed six cycles of chemotherapy. She later began hormonal therapy as the next phase of her treatment toward breast cancer remission.
Throughout her journey, Cesca has been using her platform to show resilience and courage in the face of the disease while encouraging awareness. She has also highlighted the importance of early detection, noting that it played a crucial role in her diagnosis and treatment.
