Chad Gammad fires back at haters directed to girlfirend Apple David.
Basketball player Chad Gammad responds to bashers targeting his girlfriend, courtside reporter Apple David.
In a Facebook post, the athlete marked Girlfriend's Day on August 1 with a sweet tribute to Apple.
However, netizens once again criticized the couple's age gap in the comments section.
Chad then defended his girlfriend by addressing the hate comments.
"Mag-isip-isip naman kayo bago kayo mag comment o baka may sira talaga sa utak nyo. Wala naman ginawang masama si Apple sa inyo ba't ganun kayo kabilis mag bash tas sabihin nyo na namn na si Apple nag-comment neto," he fired back.
Last June, Apple also addressed allegations that she was a "groomer" on social media.
“Di ko siya ginugroom, wala sa qualifications. 'Yung nangyayari sa amin, malayong malayo sa grooming so wag n'yong ipilit,” she said in a video.
“Kung gusto n'yong ipilit, again, go. Story n'yo yan… bakit hindi n'yo ireklamo at ipaimbestiga,” she added.
According to Kakai Bautista, the two met when Chad was already 18 years old. She also said that Chad was the one who pursued her.
