Lapillus member Chanty Videla says she wants to try acting again.
Lapillus member Chanty Videla has been spending her time focusing on self-care after she went on hiatus from K-pop activities back in April 2024.
During the 12th anniversary of Pandora Philippines in Shangri-La Plaza on Thursday, June 20, Chanty shared what's been keeping her occupied these days.
The Filipina-Argentine idol said, "So lately, I had a lot of time to rest. But also, I've been practicing...para lang hindi mawala 'yung skills [ko]. I've been practicing singing. Nagpa-practice ako ng dancing. Whatever I want to try out."
Going back to acting is still among her goals, according to Chanty, who started out as an actress in 2018.
She officially signed a contract with Sparkle in November 2022.
"Well, of course I'd love to work with GMA's famous actors and actresses in a series or movie. If given a chance, I'd be really, really grateful and happy," Chanty said.
Chanty revealed Marian Rivera as the celebrity she wants to work with the most. Following Marian's footsteps of being a drama actress with several action projects under her belt, Chanty wants to try her hand in similar genres.
"Ang tagal ko na rin po kasing hindi nag-acting. I would really love to go back to acting in a series."
"Puwedeng action, parang spy. Or magical, mga fantasy. I'd like to try them all."
