Miss Universe Philippines titlist Charlene Gonzalez delighted her fans on Instagram by sharing a major throwback photo as a pre-med student.
Former Miss Universe Philippines Charlene Gonzalez got a pleasant surprise from one of her former classmates when she got a photo of her pre-med days at the University of Santo Tomas.
According to several reports, Charlene initially pursued a medical course.
She eventually graduated with a degree in B.S. Psychology from the oldest university in Asia.
On her Instagram page, she wrote, “Major throwback. In braces & a pre-med college student at the time. One of my classmates from my university, UST days sent me this picture that was taken during our internship in St Luke's Hospital, Quezon City.”
“Which was one of our requirements in school. I enjoyed it very much as we were given the chance to visit patients and spend time in the hospital…
“Just sharing a happy moment in time with you all thank you Christin Moran who is now Christine Bernaldez @tinbernie for sharing this with me.”
Charlene and her husband Aga Muhlach will mark their 22nd wedding anniversary in May. They tied the knot at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Pacdal, Baguio City on May 28, 2001.
They have two children, twins, Andres and Atasha.
