Procedure:

1. Clean the crabs and take the top shell off. Season with salt and pepper.

 
2. Heat a pan and pour-in oil.
3. Mix flour and cornstarch. Dip each crablets in the breading mixture, fry until texture becomes crispy.

4. Remove from the pan and serve.
