Congratulations to the Kapuso chef and entrepreneur, Jose Sarasola!

Ibinahagi ni Chef Jose Sarasola nitong February 12 na 12th anniversary na ng kaniyang restobar business.

Ang Avenue 75 Sports Bar na pagmamay-ari ng Kapuso chef ay matatagpuan sa Parañaque.

Nag-congratulate naman ang ilang personalidad at kaibigan ni Chef Jose sa milestone ng kaniyang business. Ilan sa mga ito ay sina Rodjun Cruz, EA Guzman, Matt Lozano, at Chef JR Royol.

Noong June 2020, ibinahagi ni Chef Jose ang mga hinarap na pagsubok ng kaniyang restobar sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.

"Nung nag-start na 'yung GCQ [general community quarantine] nag-start na ako for takeout since puwede na.

"Kasi, nung ECQ [enhanced community quarantine] bawal mag-open 'yung mga bar-resto. Ngayon, puwede na. Bawal pa 'yung dine-in pero, at least, 'yung takeout puwede na."

Kuwento pa noon ni Chef Jose, 10 years na ang kaniyang negosyo pero ito ang unang beses nilang humarap sa matinding pagsubok.

"Kailangan ko rin suportahan 'yung staff ko, I make it a point to visit the bar every day.

"'Yung kahit walang sales I have to take care of my staff, some of my staff 'yung mga kids nila, ninong ako, around 10 years ko na silang staff."

Saad pa ng Kapuso chef, importante sa kaniya na maalagaan niya ang kaniyang staff.

"I believe ever since nung nag-open ako before na talagang importanteng alagaan mo 'yung staff mo, you need to treat your staff like family.

Dugtong pa niya, "'Yung return naman is they also give you good service for your customers."

Sa pagluwag ng quarantine protocols, muling nagbukas sa publiko ang restobar ni Chef Jose sa Parañaque.
