There, Chef Jose shared that his biggest accomplishment so far is running his own sports bar called Avenue 75. His sports bar has been in business for 10 years now which is a testament to Jose's dedication for his passion.
"My biggest accomplishment in life would probably be you know, setting up my bar Avenue 75. It's been open for the past 10 years so you know, I've gone through lots of hardships and problems the past 10 years but I'm really grateful that I've lasted this long.
"Of course, I've had the same staff for the past 10 years so I think I'm doing a good job in running the bar and also taking care of my people," he said.
Aside from his biggest accomplishment, Jose also shared a trivia about himself that not a lot of people know about. Based on his social media posts, we all see him as this fitness buff who loves to cook but did you know that he's a sucker for fast food and loves to indulge himself in cheeseburgers, fries, and other junk food.
Lastly, Jose talked about his dream of hosting his own travel show where he gets to explore different types of cuisine and cultures a la Anthony Bourdain.
