Kahapon, February 9, ginanap ang grand opening ng Anihan Sustainable Gastronomy. Ipinakita sa Facebook live ni Chef JR ang naganap sa kanilang opening.
Sa isa pang Facebook live, nagbahagi si Chef JR ng background ng restaurant sa Laguna.
Ani Chef JR, "Since we are a sustainable gastronomy, we directly source our ingredients from local markets. 'Yung mga gatas po namin ay supplied by Magdalena dairy products. Isa sa main products ng Magdalena ay 'yung gatas."
Isa pa sa inilahad ni Chef JR ay ang kaniyang vision para sa binuksang restaurant.
"One of the visions that I have for this place is to show the industry, if you want to do local, if you want to do organic, or consciously source naturally grown produce it can be very inexpensive."
