Gavin, the son of Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer, is celebrating his 12th birthday and the celebrity couple marked the special day with heartwarming messages for their son.
Chesca went down memory lane as she posted on Instagram clips from when Gavin was a baby.
In her caption, Chesca expressed how blessed and thankful they are for their "sweet boy."
"You are my love, my sweet, sweet boy. I'm always lost in your smile, your laughter, your kisses, and your hugs. How sweet it is to love you and to be loved back by you," a part of Chesca's greeting read.
Meanwhile, the former professional basketball player shared on Instagram several photos of him and Gavin.
In his greeting, Doug penned how proud he is of his "little twin."
"My little twin, I'm just so proud of how you are growing up to be a strong-willed, hard-working, sympathetic, and God-fearing boy," Doug said.
Gavin is the youngest of Chesca and Doug Kramer's kids. Gavin has two older sisters, Kendra and Scarlett.
