Happy 40th birthday, Doug!
Chesca Garcia made sure Doug Kramer's birthday is extra special this year as she penned her appreciation for her husband through a heartwarming poem.
Chesca posted on Instagram a photo of Doug, which seemed to come from a photoshoot.
“Happy Birthday, Love! Here is a tribute to you and all the little things you do. You might think they go unnoticed but I truly appreciate you!” she wrote in her caption.
She then shared the poem she especially dedicated to the former professional basketball player.
One part of Chesca's poem read, “Oh, the little things you do each day, They melt my heart in every way. I could go on and on, it's true, About the little things from you. In your gestures, love shines through, Forever grateful, my love, to you.”
In another stanza, Chesca said, “On your special day, I must convey. We celebrate your sweetness in every way, The one who serves, with heart so true, Always so giving, People like you are rare and few.”
Chesca concluded her birthday greeting to Doug with a message of gratitude for being a “loving husband” and an “amazing father.”
Meanwhile, Doug marked his special day with an artsy photo of his silhouette facing the city sunset on Instagram.
Chesca and Doug have been married since 2008. They are blessed with three kids, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.
The family recently went on a trip around Europe and visited London, France, Ireland, and Italy, among others.
