Kitang-kita ang dedication ni Christian Bautista sa kanyang trabaho, lalo na ngayon that he has With a Smile, Sunday All Stars every Sunday and an upcoming musical, Cinderella, na magsisimula na sa October.

Katatapos lamang mag-shoot ng isang heavy drama scene ng Kapuso actor na si Christian Bautista nang makapanayam siya ng GMANetwork.com sa set ng kanyang TV series na With A Smile last July 9. Four sequences lang ang kinunan sa kanya noong gabing 'yun pero kitang kita ang kanyang dedication sa kanyang trabaho, lalo na ngayon that he also has Sunday All Stars every Sunday and an upcoming musical, Cinderella, na magsisimula na sa October.

"It's drama ng kaunti, may galit ng kaunti. It's going to lead to a big revelation of Aston's past," shares the singer-actor about his scene kung saan umiiyak siya habang pinaharurot ang kanyang sasakyan palabas ng car wash.

It was also easy for him to prepare for the said scene. "There are many ways: remember a past, remember a sad story, you get into character. Whatever works at that moment."

Kinamusta din namin ang iba pa niyang projects, ang Sunday All Stars kung saan dati siyang team leader, at ang Cinderella, his latest musical where he will play the role of Prince Charming.

"Hindi kami nanalo under my leadership, I guess ganun talaga. Maybe a better leader will come out, pero there's less pressure for me right now. It's better for me also kasi I can focus on all the things that I am doing," kuwento niya tungkol sa pagkatalo ng Team InstaGang.

"The moment she became leader, gumawa siya ng group chat sa Viber. We're all talking, so I think it's a great idea. Up to now, alam ko, inaayos pa rin 'yung number. Ang kalaban ngayon is schedule of rehearsals."

Sa gitna ng kanyang patong-patong na trabaho at very hectic schedule, Christian remains positive. "Actually namomroblema ako sa rehearsal ng SAS [Sunday All Stars] ngayon, kasi Cinderella rehearsals are coming in. I actually missed Cinderella rehearsals because of my taping now, mayroon kanina. That's going to be a challenge for me, how to mix all that. I believe kayang kaya naman. It just has to take the right focus."

As for his With A Smile co-stars, Asia's Romantic Balladeer admits that he is much closer to them now. "The more na nagbo-bond kami, the more na nakikilala namin ang isa't isa, mas nag-oopen up. I'm still the most secretive of them all. Pero unti-unti we're getting to know each other really well."

Catch Christian Bautista as Aston in With A Smile, weekday mornings before Unexpected You, and in Sunday All Stars at 12:00 p.m. on Sundays.
