Senator Tito Sotto turned 72 and her youngest daughter Ciara Sotto has the sweetest message.
Ciara Sotto had a brief yet touching message for her father Senator Tito Sotto for his birthday on August 24.
She wrote, "Happy Birthday to my hero, my protector, the greatest dad on earth, our Tatay @helenstito !
"I love you with all my heart! I will never outgrow hugging and kissing you! ️"
