Binigyang-pugay ni Cita Astals ang yumaong King Philippine Comedy na si Dolphy. Basahin dito:
Lubos ang pasasalamat ni Cita Astals dahil bahagi siya ng pelikulang Home Along Da Riles Da Reunion.
Kasama niya rito ang co-stars niya noon sa hit sitcom na may parehong titulo at pinagbidahan ng yumaong King of Philippine Comedy na si Dolphy.
“Ako po ay tuwang-tuwa na kahit papaano ay ako talagang pinilit ibalik dito kahit ako ay natatago na sa Cavite. I am really, really happy and so grateful to you Direk [Boy 2 Quizon] and, of course, konsi Vandolph [Quizon]. And of course, the whole family. Kasi, kung hindi rin naman dahil sa family, hindi ako makakabalik, e,” sabi ni Cita, sa ginanap na media conference ng pelikula kahapon, June 8.
Bukod sa pasasalamat, nagbigay-pugay rin si Cita sa showbiz icon sa pamamagitan ng paglalahad ng di niya malilimutang pangyayari sa set ng programa.
“Ang pinaka-memorable ko sa dating Home Along ay yung aking first day. I grew up watching Tito Dolphy and Bernie Bernie [Bernardo Bernardo], who are both stars. Of course, Dolphy is a legend and not just a character actor. And the role they gave to me was a boss. E di, ang hirap nun.
“Si Tito Dolphy, nakita niya yung mukha ko na in awe ako sa kanya. Dyusko, hindi ko sukat-akalain na makakaharap ko itong taong 'to. Then, suddenly I happen to be the boss. So, hindi ko alam kung ano ang ia-acting ko. But it was Tito Dolphy who said, 'No, just do it. You're the boss, be the boss.' Right then and there, tinuluy-tuloy ko nga ang pagiging boss.”

Isa raw ito sa mga magagandang katangian ng yumaong komedyante.
“That worked out because he's so welcoming. He didn't care that, you know, I'm just from the Repertory Philippines and whatever and he's a legend. He's always been that inspiring to all of us,” paglalarawan ni Cita.
“Kapag tinatanong ko nga noon, 'Tito Dolphy, ang galing naman ng career mo, 'no? Sunud-sunod ang mga hits.' He just told me to keep on going and be good at whatever you're doing. And he said, you have to, first and foremost, always pray. You know, pray to God.”
Sinabi rin niya sa huli kung gaano kabuti ang pamilya ni Dolphy.
“This family is the most prayerful that you will find anywhere in showbiz. I'm very grateful to be here and for all that I learned through them.”
