Claudine Barretto to Ma. Solita “Marisol” Acap: “You do anything bad to ANY OF MY CHILDREN MAGTAGO KA NA!”

Filipina actress Claudine Barretto shocked netizens after posting a series of statements online accusing her personal assistant, Ma. Solita “Marisol” Acap, of kidnapping her children.

The allegations surfaced during Claudine's livestream on January 24, where she claimed that her children had been taken by the accused PA. During the broadcast, the actress demanded that Marisol return her children within 15 minutes, warning that authorities would otherwise take action.

"This is not a joke," Claudine firmly said. "This is very serious. Marisol, ibalik mo ang mga anak ko dito, kanina ka pa dapat nasa Katipunan [Quezon City]. Inaantay ka na ng NBI dito."

Aside from her PA, Claudine also accused several individuals she referred to as “fans” of allegedly helping with the kidnapping, slandering her name, and extorting money from her supporters.

She added, "And you, you know who you are, hindi ka talaga titigil hangga't hindi mo ako mabaliw o mapatay. Nanay ako ng mga anak mo! If anything happens to me, especially sa fiesta ng GenSan, alam niyo na po, dalawang tao lang ang gumagalaw."

The actress continued directing her statements at an unnamed individual, "At ikaw, malalaki na ang mga anak ko. Magkita tayo sa VAWC [Violence Against Women and Children]. You want me dead? Dahil hindi kita binabalikan? Bring it on, bring it on. Multuhin ka sana ng nanay at tatay mo."

Claudine later continued airing her accusations through a series of posts on her Facebook account. One post featured a message from her daughter Sabina, who pleaded with Marisol to surrender after allegedly kidnapping her and her siblings, Quia and Noah.

"You do anything bad to ANY OF MY CHILDREN MAGTAGO KA NA! Simula palang to. @marisol0125 masisira buhay mo promise! I AM A MOTHER!! 'Yan ang pinakamali mong ginawa! WAG MGA ANAK KO! CLAUDINIANS AT RYCB KO AT HIGIT SA LAHAT WAG AKO SOL!!!!" Claudine wrote in the caption.

Shortly afterward, the actress shared an image of a promissory note allegedly signed by Marisol in 2023. According to the document, the accused PA promised to pay PhP 5,000,000.

Claudine captioned, "Pinatawad kita sa pang nanakaw mo. Pero etong ginawa n'yo MAGBABAYAD KAYO!!!PAREHO KAYO!!!"

As of this writing, no updates about the alleged kidnapped kids and Marisol's whereabouts.
