In just two months after giving birth to her son Baby Amari, Coleen shared the progress of her post-pregnancy body on Instagram.
Known for having an active lifestyle, Coleen really worked hard to bring those abs back while doing mommy duties.
The wife of Billy Crawford wrote, "Doing things 30min at a time while keeping my eyes glued to the baby monitor--all part of my new normal 🙃."
Iya Villania, who's also a super mom like Coleen, commented on her post.
Baby Amari was born via water birth on September 10, 2020.
