But you don't only learn new recipes in ECQusina; you also learn cooking tips that will make cooking easier and faster.

In ECQUsina's recent episode, Kara shared her Okra Curry recipe, which is inspired by the Indian dish Bhindi Masala.

And she also shared the following hacks on how to remove or reduce the slime in okra:

  1. Chop and wash the okra, then pat it dry.
  2. Put salt or thaw in vinegar.
  3. Add tomatoes to the dish you are cooking.
  4. Fry the okra before adding to your dish.
  5. Make sure you don't cook too many okras in the pan.
