Vlogger Crisha Uy has finally spoken up about his ex-boyfriend Joem Bascon and actress Meryll Soriano's rekindled romance.

In a vlog, Crisha admitted that she already knew the two were having a baby even before their announcement on social media.

"'Yung totoo, alam ko talaga. Alam ko na 'yun," she said.

"Siyempre, my ex and I have the same set of friends. Sa loob ng 8-year relationship namin, nakabuo kami ng friendship doon.

"Masaya ako, I'm glad to know that totoo ko silang kaibigan. Real friends will be there for you no matter what and most importantly will not let you live not knowing the truth.

"Alam ko 'yung relationship nila, their bundle of blessing, long way before pa nung ma-upload ['yun.]"

Although she already knew what was happening, Crisha admitted that she still got hurt when she read the news online.

She added, "When I was reading the article, 'yung naramdaman ko that day was nagalit ako."

"Nagalit ako kasi bumalik 'yung feelings ko na I was betrayed all over again.

"Iba pala 'yung feeling na nakita mo versus kinuwento or chinika lang sa'yo.

"Parang feeling ko kasi kailangan kong ilabas 'yung nararamdaman ko that day, 'yung galit ko, 'yung sakit.

"But hindi dahil mahal ko pa siya, kung 'di, kasi naka-move on na ako, e.

"Finally, finally, na-confirm ko na nagsinungaling talaga siya noon, that I was lied to.

"Kasi I gave them the benefit of the doubt, e, before.

"Pero 'yun nga, e, sampal pala sa mukha 'yung nakita ko 'yun.

"Sampal sa mukha na tama pala 'yung hinala ko noon."

In the end, Crisha said that she has already moved on and is looking forward to the new year.

She ended, "Naiyak ko na 'yan nung 2019 pa. So 2021 na, let's move on."

In December 2019, Joem confirmed their split while taking all the blame.

The following month, in January 2020, Crisha released a vlog that detailed their "break-up story."

She said then, "Hindi ko ni-regret na naging kami at hindi ko ni-regret 'yung 8 years namin kasi mahal ko naman siya."

"Ako kasi naniniwala rin ako sa pag may nagbe-break, may isang nang-iiwan, at iniiwan.

"Mahirap sabihin pero wala na tayong magagawa if he fell out of love.

"Hindi ko naman pwede pilitin 'yung tao na hindi na ako mahal.

"Mahirap tanggapin pero kailangan tanggapin."

When Crisha uploaded her vlog, there were already rumors that Joem and Meryll got back together.

Although she did not name names, Crisha said, "Kung may minahal siya agad pagkatapos, it's not really my business anymore."

"Kasi doon lang ako sa parte ng buhay niya na involved ako."

Joem and Meryll first became a couple in 2008 when they worked on a show together, but the two separated after.

The former lovers reunited in the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival movie Culion and a primetime show.
