Kapuso network's latest daytime anthology 'Dangwa' aired its pilot episode today, October 26. It starred 'The Half Sisters' actors Barbie Forteza and Ruru Madrid as Mary and Carl, a promdi girl and a college rock star who met each other through various 'accidents.'
The episode's official hashtag #DangwaHugotNiRosa trended on Twitter, and made it to the fourth spot of the Philippine trends list.

Aside from telling a different story each week, the show will also slowly reveal the life of Rosa, the enchanting flower vendor in Manila's most popular flower market, played by Janine Gutierrez.
Future episodes will feature other Kapuso stars in equally engrossing stories, namely Carla Abellana and Rafael Rosell, Rhian Ramos and Geoff Eigenmann, Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfelix, and Pauleen Luna and Jerald Napoles. Megan Young, Mikael Daez, and Arny Ross will also star in one of the stories.
