Danica Sotto called her kasambahays 'angels' for helping her mount a birthday party for her daughter Caela.
Caela Sotto, daughter of celebrity couple Danica Sotto and Marc Pingris recently celebrated her birthday, quarantine style.
The family decked their home with simple decorations and even had a small feast to celebrate Caela's 9th birthday.
Danica shared a family photo featuring her, Marc, their son Mic with Caela in the middle holding a cake from her party.
"Happy Birthday to our sweet baby girl. Thank you for being so appreciative and always finding ways to make us smile. We love you Caela," she wrote.
Marc also wrote a short tribute to Caela on his own Instagram account.
"Happy birthday baby caela! love you so much!" his caption reads.
Danica also expressed her gratitude to her household help for making the party possible.
She revealed that they were able to order decorations and immediately set them up for Caela who really wanted a party.
"Thank you to the Ates aka Angels here at home. They ordered the party decors online and I don't know pano nila nagawa mag decorate ng ganon kabilis. Salamat sa inyo. Super blessed sa pagmamahal nila," Danica wrote.
She added that she was really touched with their effort to make Caela feel special.
"They know Caela's been wanting to go out and celebrate with her friends and cousins pero since di naman puede, so they just made a way to make her feel extra special kahit pa quarantine Bday. Hayyy my heart is so full. Salamat Lord sa araw na ito," she added.
While the family is quietly spending the quarantine at home, Marc and Danica also take turns helping the kids with school.
The couple also celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary at home.
