Heart Evangelista interacts with ex-beau Daniel Matsunaga on Instagram after the Japanese-Brazilian modela/actor greeted Sen. Chiz Escudero a happy birthday.

Japanese Brazilian actor and model Daniel Matsunaga greeted ex-girlfriend Heart Evangelista's husband Senator Francis "Chiz" Escudero a happy birthday through Heart's recent social media post.

Heart posted a photo of Sen. Chiz's birthday celebration and Daniel commented in the post, sending a simple birthday greeting. Daniel wrote, "happy birthday po!" to which Heart replied, "obrigado makako!" which translates to thank you.
