Dasuri Choi: "I took a train, nawala 'yung isang luggage ko..."
Dasuri Choi recently flew to Europe for a much-deserved solo adventure. However, her dreamy vacation turned into an unexpected series of events.
The South Korean dancer took to TikTok to share how she lost one of her luggage while she was on a train bound for Marseille, France.
“I took a train, nawala 'yung isang luggage ko na old one na dinala ko from the Philippines. Yesterday, I had this feeling na parang I want to buy one more luggage, hindi ko alam kung bakit,” she said in the video.
Dasuri shared that she had separated her belongings in two pieces of luggage, and unfortunately, the stolen one contained her winter jackets and clothes for Switzerland worth ₱17,000.
Staying positive despite what happened, she said, “But at least 'yung mga important things nandito, 'yung mga papers, 'yung mga kailangan na kailangan ko ngayon.”
At the end of her video, she reflected on how difficult solo traveling can be and reminded fellow travelers in Europe to stay alert to avoid similar experiences.
“I don't know when they got it, di ako nakatulog e. May mga stations na bumaba sila, so be careful lang whenever there is a station na you're not going down, but people are going down. You always have to check your luggage,” she advised.
Unfortunately, Dasuri not only experienced theft but also got hacked while she was still on the train.
“Hindi pa tapos guys. I got hacked in both BPI and GCash after using the train's public Wi-Fi. I never opened both app! Europe is so beautiful, but the security system?” she wrote in the caption.
