Dasuri Choi chose to spend her holidays with rescue animals.
Rather than jetting off for the holidays, Dasuri Choi spent the season in a more meaningful way.
In an Instagram post, the Stars on the Floor champion shared a reel that read, “Where did my holiday budget go?” as she gave back to rescue animals at the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
“This holiday season, I was supposed to go on a beach trip with my fur babies. But I chose to stay home instead and spend that budget on helping animals at @pawsphilippines,” she wrote.
The South Korean dancer also shared that her dog, Hyori, came from PAWS, calling her fur baby proof that “adoption changes lives,” as many stray animals are still waiting to find a loving home.
“Next year, I'm opening my heart to adopt one more cat,” she shared.
“If you're thinking about it too, please adopt. They're waiting for you,” Dasuri urged.
She also revealed that she acquired a PAWS x Hiro painting by a Japanese artist as her first art collection.
“I'm so proud to own something that represents hope, compassion, and second chances,” she expressed.
“PAWS x Hiro paintings and merchandise are still available! Each one helps save lives. (Available on Shopee) Thank you direk @motzkie, ate @katerinses for always supporting and encouraging me to give back and help save more animals,” she added.
“Happy Holidays, mga chinggu,” Dasuri concluded her post.
