Kat, one of the three children of Kabayan Noli de Castro, defended PAL saying that the company is trying its “best to satisfy each passenger” and that people shouldn't be apologizing to Karlie in behalf of the airline.

According to the statement issued by PAL, Ms. Kloss arrived late for her flight. "Flight departure time was at 12:15 a.m. and counters closed at 11:15 p.m. Ms. Kloss arrived at 11:40 p.m."

Kat also posted an advice for the supermodel, “Teh, learn how to spell correctly naman.”
