Kapuso star David Licauco revealed that he feels pressured whenever he works alongside multi-awarded actor Dennis Trillo, as he guest stars in the GMA Prime series 'Sanggang Dikit FR.'
Kapuso primetime actor and entrepreneur David Licauco feels pressured every time he acts alongside multi-awarded star Dennis Trillo.
The Pambansang Ginoo will have a special guest appearance in Dennis and Jennylyn Mercado's hit GMA Prime series Sanggang Dikit FR, wherein he will play journalist Andrew Dizon, his character in the upcoming series Never Say Die with Star of the New Gen Jillian Ward.
David Licauco told 24 Oras, “To be honest, na-miss kong katrabaho si Dennis, kasi may past two teleseryes siya na kasama ko. So, seeing him again, na-excite ka, kasi siyempre hindi mo everyday makakatrabaho si Dennis. You really have to study.”
His guesting in Sanggang Dikit FR served as a mini reunion with Dennis, whom David worked with in the hit series Maria Clara at Ibarra in 2023.
What is it like working again with an award-winning Kapuso actor?
“Every time na I step onto the scene, parang I have to step up, siyempre,” David admitted.
This crossover of Andrew Dizon in Sanggang Dikit FR is a special one and has made David even more excited for his new project with GMA-7 in 2026.
“Nung sinabi sa akin na, in a sense, crossover nga 'to para ma-introduce 'yung character ko sa Sanggang Dikit FR onto the next teleserye, which is Never Say Die, siyempre game tayo diyan.”
Aside from David and Jillian, also part of Never Say Die are Richard Yap, Raymart Santiago, Raheel Bhyria, Kim Ji Soo, and many more.
