In his 26th year in the entertainment industry, Dennis Trillo continues to show his loyalty to GMA Network as one of its premier contract artists. On August 4, he officially renewed his contract, extending his long-standing journey as a Kapuso.

Throughout his career, Dennis has earned acclaim for portraying complex and challenging characters in Kapuso dramas and films. Among his most memorable roles are Eric, a gay man in My Husband's Lover; the idealist-turned-revolutionary Crisostomo/Simoun in Maria Clara at Ibarra; the ruthless Japanese soldier Col. Yuta Saitoh in Pulang Araw; and the controversial inmate Domingo Zamora in the award-winning film Green Bones.

Dennis' contract renewal was celebrated across the network, with GMA expressing pride in his exceptional talent and gratitude for his decision to continue creating more Kapuso masterpieces. The occasion also became an opportunity for several of his co-stars and collaborators to share heartfelt messages, reflecting on the privilege of working alongside one of the industry's most respected actors.

"With you, I see not only an actor or an artist, but more so, a co-creator when we're working together," said Direk Dom Zapata, who directed Dennis in Mulawin and Pulang Araw.

Julie Anne San Jose, Dennis' leading lady in Maria Clara at Ibarra, also shared her appreciation: "Napakasaya ko dahil nagkaroon ako ng opportunity na makatrabaho ka sa isang proyekto."

Meanwhile, Ruru Madrid, his co-star in Green Bones, spoke about the lessons he learned from Dennis. "Sobrang dami kong natututunan sa'yo. Araw-araw kong chine-cherish 'yung pagkakataon na katrabaho kita, at habambuhay kong dadalhin 'yun."

Alden Richards, who worked with Dennis in Pulang Araw, likewise expressed his hope of reuniting with him on another project, saying, "I hope to work with you soon. Bitin ako no'ng sa 'Pulang Araw' e."

The celebration also featured messages from GMA Network executives, who thanked Dennis for his continued trust and commitment to the company.

Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdez expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you so much for trusting GMA, and it's really a privilege and honor to have you—one of the best actors of your generation."

Adding a lighthearted moment to the event, GMA Network President and CEO Gilberto R. Duavit Jr. personally congratulated Dennis and joked, "Maraming salamat sa'yo, for the next two decades!"

As Dennis embarks on another chapter with GMA Network, fans can look forward to seeing more of his acclaimed performances in future Kapuso projects. With more than two decades of remarkable storytelling behind him and a renewed commitment to the network he has long called home, the Kapuso Drama King continues to prove that his legacy as one of Philippine television's finest actors is far from over.
