In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Derek Ramsay talks about the two movies he's done with Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado and his upcoming project with his new home network.

Derek Ramsay: Risk taker, Go-getter
Sa exclusive interview ng GMANetwork.com kay Derek sa tahanan niya sa Muntinlupa City, binalikan niya ang dalawang memorable movies nila ni Jen na tumatak sa kaniyang puso.
Kuwento ni Derek, “Jen and I doing 'English Only, Please' ay nakakatuwa I think because that was the first movie that showed na you don't really need a backing of a major player to produce a great film.”
“And Jen and I were just playing on the set, we really created a good friendship, which led to us getting Best Actor and Best Actress, which is surprising because it was a very light romcom.
“But, we were so comfortable with each other she is so talented. We just clicked in the movie and we were in our own world bringing life to our characters.”
Ni-reveal din ni Derek sa GMANetwork.com na may mga fan siya sa ibang bansa na napanood ang movie niya sa Netflix tulad ng 'All Of You' na sobrang humanga sa kalidad ng kanilang movie project.
Wika niya, “And then the follow up na mas serious which is 'All Of You,' which I really like and actually one of my favorite films and now that it is in Netflix I'm getting fans from South America talking to me in Spanish and sending me all these things saying it such a brilliant movie.”
Dapat bang asahan din ng mga certified JenDer fans na gagawa sila ng proyekto ng Ultimate Star?
“When the news that I am signing with GMA-7 came around and all the fans remember JenDer, we should have a project together. I think it will be a crime if we don't.”
Pinuri din ni Derek Ramsay ang magiging leading lady niya sa primetime soap na The Better Woman na si Andrea Torres na sinabi niyang 'intense' pagdating sa pag-arte.
“But with that said I'm really excited to work with somebody that I have never worked with before. I'm looking forward to working with Andrea (Torres), I have heard a lot of great stuff about her. She's pretty intense daw with her acting.”
