Congratulations, Dove Cameron and Damiano David!
Another piece of good news welcomes the new year as Dove Cameron announces her engagement to Damiano David!
The American singer and actress shared the exciting news on Instagram, posting photos of herself with Damiano. While the images initially appeared to be ordinary couple photos, fans quickly noticed a stunning diamond ring on Cameron's hand.
"My favourite part of being alive… happy new year," Dove captioned the post.
Damiano also shared the news with the same set of photos on his Instagram account.
"It's gonna be a beautiful year…," he wrote.
Fans and friends flooded the comment sections with congratulatory messages, expressing excitement and well-wishes for the newly engaged couple.
Dove and Damiano have been dating for two years. They first met at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, where both were nominated for Best New Artist.
Dove rose to fame through Disney Channel's Descendants trilogy, which aired from 2015 to 2019. She later launched her solo music career with her debut single “Bloodshot” and went on to release popular tracks such as “Boyfriend,” “Too Much,” and “French Girls.”
Meanwhile, Damiano is an Italian singer and songwriter best known as the frontman of the rock band Måneskin. Last December, he successfully wrapped up his first solo world tour.
