Gretchen Barretto may be taking a social media rest.
Actress Gretchen Barretto created buzz yet again as it seems she has deactivated her Instagram account.
Carrying the handle @gretchen_barretto, a quick search on Instagram, as of this writing, would reveal only the fan accounts dedicated to her.
Not too long ago, her daughter, Dominique Cojuangco, came out to ask help from techies online on how to recover her mother's old Instagram account. Gretchen, however, just made a new one instead of making an effort to retrieve her old page.
Gretchen has been a consistent newsmaker and a lot to do with it are some of her controversial posts, especially on Instagram.
It is not clear, however, why the actress made such a move.
Among her usual posts include impressive OOTDs, photos, travels, luxuries, and many others.
