On the December 1 episode of Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation), Moira (Jasmine Curtis-Smith) was infected with Botulinum toxin, a virus that Greg (Ian Ignacio) and his cohorts successfully spread in the medicube.

The medical team, under the leadership of Maxine (Jennylyn Mercado), put the whole medicube under quarantine to contain the virus. Moira was isolated.

Maxine confronted Diego (Rocco Nacino) because she thought he was still giving Moira a cold shoulder. Little did she know that Diego was very devastated seeing Moira sick.

Meanwhile, Lucas (Dingdong Dantes) and Diego vowed to hunt down the PRG and make them pay for what they did to Moira.

Greg planned to intercept the medicines coming from Manila to buy new arms. When Rodel (Neil Ryan Sese) learned about what Greg did to the medicube and his new plan, he confronted him. He accused him of being too greedy.

Yet, Greg and his cohorts pushed through with their plan of ambushing the medicine deliveries at the medicube, escorted by the militaries led by Diego.

Lucas sent back-up to join Diego and his team. In the middle of their encounter with the PRG, the rebel group backed out after they were deceived that the vaccines were in the polyethylene storage box--a smart move by Diego to successfully secure the vaccines and deliver them to the medicube.
