Dingdong Dantes, Boy Abunda, and Chris Tiu are ready to spearhead masterclasses to help Filipinos choose the right information.

GMA Network's infotainment show hosts, Dingdong Dantes for Amazing Earth, Boy Abunda for Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, and Chris Tiu for iBilib, are gearing up to hold the Be Juan Tama Conversation series, a series of masterclasses about various topics in different universities nationwide.

On August 26, Dingdong, Boy, and Chris signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and spearheaded the "Be Juan Tama" campaign, which encourages Filipinos to choose what is right. It also solidifies the stand of the network to uplift the lives of the Filipinos by providing them with information, knowledge, and learning based on fun and facts - something that they rightfully deserve.

Speaking with GMANetwork.com, the three hosts expressed their excitement about doing the masterclass that should've started on the same day, before it was postponed due to inclement weather.

“Today dapat 'yun, e. excited kami nina Tito Boy at saka ni Chris,” Dingdong said.

Boy, meanwhile, expressed how ready he was to talk about his topic, with Chris adding that they've prepared for their masterclasses extensively.

According to Dingdong, he was ready to talk about disaster preparedness, using his lens as the host of Amazing Earth.

“In Amazing Earth, we frequently feature 'yung ating likas-yaman, 'yung mga nangyayari sa ating kapaligiran, 'yung threats of disasters that are happening, so I wanna talk about that and the importance of the role of our young people with regards to disaster preparedness,” Dingdong shared.

Chris, meanwhile, shared that he will be talking about sports and the health benefits they bring to kids and young adults alike.

Boy, on the other hand, had this to say, “Today I was ready to talk about tsismis.”

The veteran talk show host added that there is a need to talk about tsismis because if not, then it might perpetuate concepts that, for him, are not all correct.

When asked what they hoped to happen through the campaign, all three hosts shared that they wanted to see the learnings from the campaign continue even after it ends. For Dingdong, he wanted the campaign to become a movement and a way of life for both content creators and ordinary people.

Chris also expressed hope that the campaign will be widely accepted by both Filipinos and non-Filipinos, “I think this is something that's very important not just for our generation, but also for the generations to come. Kailangan tayo ay maging responsible sa paglalabas ng mga materyal na makabuluhan, na tama, na maganda ang mga asal at values na tinuturo, at entertaining pa rin at masaya.”

While Boy is hoping for the Filipinos to have a sense of clarity, he clarified that he didn't want megalomania, “Ayoko ng may megalomania na 'We're going to change the world in five days.' Hindi. But at least to provide a platform where we can start to recalibrate, relabel, reidentify, and maybe have a better understanding of age-old practices, labels, terminolohiya, all because we want to be better.”
