Kudos to the whole team behind 'A Hard Day!'
Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes was ecstatic after he learned that his 2021 Metro Manila Film Festival movie with former Encantadia star John Arcilla reached the number one spot on Netflix Philippines.
Dingdong shared a screenshot where A Hard Day occupies the top spot in the movie category in the popular video streaming service.

A Hard Day is the Philippine adaptation of the 2014 South Korean crime-action film with the same title, starring Lee Sun-Kyun of the hit movie Parasite.
In addition, Dingdong's performance in the film was hailed at the 6th Guild of Educators, Mentors and Students (GEMS) Hiyas ng Sining Awards last January. He also bagged the award for Best Performance in a Male Lead Role.
In other news, Dingdong and his wife Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera are gearing up for their much-awaited TV comeback. The couple signed a historic partnership with GMA Network and APT Entertainment to co-produce their primetime sitcom Jose and Maria's Bonggang Villa.
In an interview with Nelson Canlas during the contract signing, Dingdong shared his thoughts about this new milestone.
He told 24 Oras, “Bukod sa na-miss ko talagang katrabaho si Marian sa TV, e, at this time siyempre sa show na malapit din sa amin. And pinakamahalaga dun, partnership with GMA and APT Entertainment na first time na mangyayari sa amin.”
