Dingdong Dantes could not help but express his appreciation for working with veteran actress Charo Santos-Concio.

In a recent Instagram post, the Kapuso Primetime King shared a personal milestone--his longtime dream of working with Charo, which finally came true through their collaboration in Only We Know.

"Seven years ago, a quiet hope lived in the back of my mind--to one day work with Ma'am Charo. I never imagined that moment would come so soon… or that it would become this meaningful," he said.

Dingdong shared that their film gave him the "gift" of learning from someone "whose grace, brilliance, and depth continue to move generations."

He thanked the veteran actress for saying yes to their film and for embracing the collaboration.

"For your generosity, your presence, and for reminding me what it truly means to honor a role and to serve a story with soul," he wrote, expressing his deep gratitude for the unforgettable opportunity.

The Kapuso actor added, "What a privilege it is to walk beside you in this journey."

In the comments section, Charo responded with heartfelt gratitude, thanking Dingdong for the "wonderful friendship."

"As Betty once said, 'Friendships are the best relationships.' What a gift it has been to share this experience with you. Salamat for taking the leap and for the wonderful friendship that came with it. Your strength, generosity, and grounded presence made this entire process unforgettable. I will always treasure the story we told together, and the quiet, powerful truth behind it," she replied.

Dingdong and Charo recently celebrated a successful, star-studded premiere night for their long-awaited film.

Only We Know officially premiered on Wednesday, June 11.
