Zia Dantes asks her daddy Dingdong , “Why do you work out most days even while we are all still sleeping?”
As early as now, Dingdong Dantes already tells daughter Zia the importance of working out.
In an Instagram post, Dingdong mentioned that his daily work out routine in the morning piqued the curiosity of his five-year-old daughter.
“I make it a point to try and engage in any physical activity every morning.
"Because of the routine, Zia would ask, 'Dad, why do you work out most days even while we are all still sleeping?'
According to the Kapuso Primetime King and Amazing Earth host, Zia's query about his morning activity deserves a sincere response.
So, Dingdong explained to Zia why he is working out hard every morning.
“That genuine question deserves nothing but a sincere response. I told her, '...it's because I want to be healthy for you and our family. I want to live longer and see you achieve your goals and dreams when you grow up.'
"'I want to be able to carry you comfortably even when you're...35.” 😁”

This moment with Zia also reminded Dingdong of the importance of putting time and effort on his priorities.
"I forgot to thank Ate Z because her curiosity reminded me of the reason why I am doing all of these."
Dingdong admitted that in life there will be times where we will be astray from our objectives.
However, he believes that there are messengers that will help us focus on our goals in our life.
"Sometimes, we get misaligned from our objective, but what's definite is that HE uses beautiful messengers to get us back on track."
