Dingdong Dantes just revealed his favorite Filipino dish!
Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes is a true foodie at heart, especially when it comes to Filipino.
Dingdong revealed that his favorite Filipino dish is Marian Rivera's menudo recipe during his contract renewal as the brand ambassador of MESA, one of the country's top Filipino restaurant chains, at a mall in Makati City.
As a food person, Dingdong agreed that food plays a big role in making memories.
"Kung ano yung maaalala ng tiyan, naaalala ng puso at isipan natin. Kaya nga meron tayong mga binabalik-balikan na mga dishes," Dingdong said.
He added, "Para sa akin, ang pinaka memorable, unang beses ako nilutuan ni Marian ng Menudo, recipe pa 'yan ng kanyang lola. Napakasarap, kaya ayun 'yung parati kong nire-request."
Dingdong signed his contract with the top Filipino food chain in the presence of his talent manager Perry Lansigan, Chief Executive Officer Rikki Dee, Chief Operating Officer Eric Dee, and Vice President of national operations Raymond Federigan.
He remains committed to supporting its "Road to 100" campaign, highlighting the restaurant's impressive growth, reaching 80 branches nationwide.
The local food chain welcomed the seasoned actor as its brand ambassador in 2019.
