Acclaimed director Mark Reyes clarified through an Instagram comment that Sang'gre Productions's first movie will not be an Encantadia sequel or remake.

On an Instagram post showing Direk Mark with his former Sang'gres, he replied to a comment from a netizen asking if the upcoming movie is also part of the Encantadia series.
