A new and tasty twist to your favorite embotido


Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte 175g
1 pc onion (minced)
1 pc carrot (minced)
2 tbsp pickle relish
¼ cup raisin
1 pc red bell pepper (minced or diced)
1 pc green bell pepper (minced or diced)
2 tbsp flour
1 pc egg
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 pc CDO Idol Cheesedog (quartered lengthwise)
½ cup cheese
Salt
Pepper


Procedure:

1. In a bowl, combine onion, carrot, pickle relish, raisins, bell peppers, flour, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, and CDO Karne Norte. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Brush aluminum foil with oil then spoon CDO Karne Norte mixture on aluminum foil. Spread evenly.
3. Place CDO Idol cheesedog on the center then roll in foil. Tie in both ends.
4. Bake or steam for 45 minutes.
5. Remove from the foil. Fry until golden brown.
