Here's a comfort food for the rainy days.


Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte 100g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 pcs onions (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup carrots (diced)
3 tbsp celery (diced)
½ cup cabbage (chopped)
2 cups water
1 cup elbow macaroni 
½ cup evaporated milk
Fish Sauce or patis to taste

Procedure:
1. Sauté onions, garlic, and CDO Karne Norte. Add water and bring to a boil. 
2. Add in elbow macaroni. Let it simmer until elbow macaroni is cooked. 
3. Mix in carrots and celery.
4. Stir in evaporated milk. Season with patis.
5. Add in cabbage. Serve hot.
