Just because you're studying remotely that doesn't mean you have to miss out on all these wonderful treats near DLSU and CSB!

In the urban jungle of Taft Avenue lies a space where all things green thrive--the De La Salle University and the College of Saint Benilde.

And in this world, students scream the words “SEX tayo” or “Beach tayo” as a form of an invitation to eat.

If you're bewildered by the terms, “SEX” stands for Sinigang Express while “Beach” is the name of a nearby bar students often go to.

But in today's unprecedented times, how will La Sallians get a taste of the university's unique eats and canteen fare?

Thankfully, a few options have re-opened their stalls for students (both fresh and alumni) so they can offer their tasty dishes either through takeaway or delivery.

Let's see what the home of the Green Archers has to offer:

Noel's Barbecue

Remember Mang Larry's in UP? Well, La Salle has Mang Noel.

Dubbed as the “best barbecue in DLSU,” Mang Noel offers your favorite ihaw-ihaw meals on a budget like barbecue, isaw, atay, balun-balunan, and even pork liempo.

To order, call 0915-740-8875 from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. only.

Ate Rica's Bacsilog

Before she became a household name in most universities, Ate Rica's Bacsilog solidified her roots first in De La Salle University.

Her all-day breakfast silog is a must-try and has been part of every La Sallian's student life.

To order her all-time favorites, you can do so by ordering from Monday to Sunday via Grab Food or Food Panda.

Tori Box

Tori Box opened its first shop in 2012 in One Archer's Place along Taft Avenue.

It serves various Japanese chicken cutlets in different cooking styles using fresh ingredients without hurting the wallet.

While most Japanese restaurants only serve dine-in customers, Tori Box caters to students who are always on-the-go.

You may order their signature menu through their website, toriboxph.com.

Topside Diner

Topside Diner may be known for its nautical-themed restaurant, but it's also very famous among La Sallians for its flavorful chicken wings that are very budget-friendly.

This restaurant is the best place for those who are craving for something new to spice their tastebuds without hurting their wallet.

If you want your chicken wing fix, they are selling their Topside Frozen Wings set online that includes 16 pieces of buffalo wings, their signature breading and sauce.

You may order via their Facebook website or sending them a message via topsidediner88@gmail.com

Zark's Burgers

Last but not least is the ultimate barkada zone, Zark's Burgers!

Zark's is known for its ginormous burgers (around the size of a head) that will fill anyone's hungry stomach who is on a cheat day.

From their signature burgers to their buffalo wings, Zark's Burgers in Taft Avenue is open for delivery. Simply call their hotline at 0916-687-7755.

These are only some of the most delectable delight La Salle has to offer but they are indeed special because they have been part of a student's life.
