Dolly Anne Carvajal on Kuya Germs: “The Master Showman is irreplaceable”

Entertainment writer and TV host Dolly Anne Carvajal paid tribute to the late showbiz pillar German “Kuya Germs” Moreno on Instagram to mark his birthday today, October 4.

Kuya Germs passed away in January 2016 at the age of 82 due to cardiac arrest.

Dolly Anne uploaded a carousel of photos on Instagram including a throwback photo with the entertainment legend.

She shared that Kuya Germs is a good friend of her late mom Inday Badiday.

“Happy Bday to my dear Kuya Germs. Since my mom & him were super close, Kuya Germs saw me grow up. He was so fatherly to all of us in the biz. Glad that his son/my Godbro Fred & I are continuing the friendship that began with Ma & Kuya Germs. The Master Showman is irreplaceable in the biz. His signature line was , 'Walang Tulugan.' Now we showbizfolk exclaim, “Kuya Germs Walang Kalimutan' 'cause you live on in our hearts,” Dolly Anne wrote.
