The Kapuso-Kapamilya crossover happened once again at the recent ABS-CBN Ball over the weekend. Several GMA executives and Sparkle stars attended the annual ball of Kapamilya network held this weekend.
On the red carpet, GMA Integrated News got an opportunity to ask Kapamilya stars who among the Kapuso celebrities they would want to work it.
Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano revealed that they wish to work with Primetime Royalties Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera.
“I'm such a huge fan of them. They're such an iconic couple,” Belle said.
Meanwhile, Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin expressed their hope to work with fellow Gen Z love team Kyline Alcantara and Mavy Legaspi.
Julia Baretto, who was with her boyfriend Gerald Anderson, on the other hand, said that she wants to work with Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercardo.
“She's always been so nice and so sweet,” Julia said about Jennylyn.

GMA Network chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon, GMA Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide and Support Group, and President and CEO of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, and Sparkle Vice President Joy Marcelo were among the GMA Executives who attended the event.
Likewise, Will Ashley attended the ball. He currently stars in GMA Telebabad series Unbreak My Heart, a collaboration project between GMA Network, ABS-CBN, and Viu Philippines, Meanwhile, Eat Bulaga host Cassy Legaspi walked on the red carpet as Darren Espanto's date.
This is not the first time that a Kapuso-Kapamilya crossover happened though since after It's Showtime started airing on GTV, some of its hosts and ABS-CBN Executives attended the GMA Gala 2023.
Not only that, but Kapuso artists have been guesting on the noon-time show, and one of its hosts, Ryan Bang, recently guested on the comedy show Bubble Gang.
Meanwhile, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will star in the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry Rewind, a film co-produced by Star Cinema, APT Entertainment, and Agosto Dos Media.
