With the help of fellow actress G Tongi, Donita Rose hopes to bring "Philippine Cuisine to the next level" at a U.S.-based Filipino supermarket.

After leaving showbiz in 2020, Donita Rose has found a place to showcase her other talent as a chef at a Filipino supermarket chain in the United States.

The former Let the Love Begin actress announced recently on Instagram that she's the new corporate research and development chef of Island Pacific, which has multiple stores in California and Nevada.

"It's official! You are now looking @islandpacificmarket's Corporate R&D Chef.

"Wait 'til you see what we've been working on together with @gtongi & @maricelaguilar2010 to bring Philippine Cuisine to the next level," the former MTV VJ wrote on her post.

Island Pacific is owned by Nino Lim, husband of former actress Krista Ranillo.

Also part of the company is Krista and Donita's fellow actress, G Tongi, who works as the company's brand and marketing consultant.
