Dr. Potenciano Larrazabal III to wife Donna Cruz: “I hope this simple gift, an oil portrait of yours, speaks volume of how much we appreciate you every time you see this at home.”
Former actress Donna Cruz received a one-of-a-kind present on Mother's Day from her husband of 22 years, ophthalmologist Potenciano "Yong" Larrazabal III.
Dr. Larrazabal shared on Instagram an exquisite oil portrait of his wife, Donna.
He added that through this painting, she will be reminded of how much the whole family values her every time she sees this at home.
He posted, “Hi Hon! There is no doubt that you are one amazing mom any kid could have. I feel so blessed to witness how you invest your soul for the sake of our children.
"You have been outdoing yourself in making sure that Belle, Cian, and Gio will have the best childhood any child could dream of.”
“I have the best kids because they have the best mom. I have the best family because I have the most selfless wife.”
“Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to have journeyed with you in this life. And for today's celebration of mothers, I want to let everyone know how blessed my kids are to have an awesome mom and myself to have you as my wife.

Clearly feeling emotional, Mommy Donna reposted the oil portrait to express her utmost gratitude for this sweet gesture of her husband.
She wrote on Instagram, “Thank you so much, honey ko @yonglarrazabal! Kuhang-kuha and galing ng pagkagawa ... thank you for always making me feel special and loved! You and our kids are my greatest blessings and I am forever grateful and thankful to God for all of you!
“Marrying you was the best decision I have ever made and our children are our best gifts from God. I was truly born for you and to be the mom of our kids.”
Donna added, “Alam mo na yan talaga pakiramdam ko. We've been married for almost 23 years and yet you still make me feel like how you made me feel “kilig” when we first met and even more pa nga now .. thank you hny! I love you #foreverandalways!
