Chesca Garcia turned a year older as she recently celebrated her 46th birthday.

The celebrity mom received thoughtful greetings and messages from her family and loved ones on her special day and one of them is her husband, Doug Kramer.

In his Instagram post, the former professional basketball player uploaded a series of photos of his wife and shared what changed the most about her from 20 years ago to the present.

“It's been nothing short of amazing to witness her evolution from a driven, independent young woman into such a selfless mother, a supportive wife, and, most importantly, a woman who loves the Lord with all her heart.

“People often look at my stature and think of me as this big, strong guy, but they don't realize how much strength and assurance I draw from having my wife by my side. Whenever my faith in God felt like it needed work, Chesca was always there to pick me up and help me reconnect,” he wrote.

Doug then recalled a time when he faced a huge problem and how Chesca calmly helped him through it.

He went on, “She looked at me calmly and said, 'Honey, there's a solution to this. It's going to be okay. What is God teaching you right now?' That is the kind of partner every husband prays for—a supportive, trusting, and grounded wife. She takes care of herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually, always wanting to be her best for our family and for me. She has never once spoken down to me; she only speaks life and encouragement.”

Doug then shared that his lifelong goal is to minimize his wife's stress and to protect her peace so she can focus on being herself and continue to serve the Lord.

“To my amazing wife: you are so much more than a beautiful face. You are everything I could have ever dreamed of and more. I love you, Francesca Marie! 46, but looking 28 forever!” he added.

In the comments section, Chesca thanked her husband for his unconditional love.

“Thank you for your love that never wavers! That is why it always feels like my birthday. Happy, peaceful, complete family! All I want! Mmmmwah! I have nothing to complain about—only things to be thankful for. TYJ,” she commented.

Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia tied the knot in 2008. They have three children namely Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.
