Drew Arellano and Iya Villania shared the importance of spending time alone or spending time with each other as husband and wife or as mother and father to their kids.

The celebrity couple is proud parents to four kids. They are Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro.

In their new podcast, the Kapuso couple discussed what are the things they enjoy when they are having their "me time." Drew and Iya also talked about how it benefits the people around them.

Drew and Iya said on their YouTube channel, "Our schedule on a day-to-day basis is pretty full with family obligations and work commitments. We share how we squeeze in a little time for ourselves."

The couple revealed that they have different versions of me time, Drew likes sports and outdoor activities, while Iya enjoys her prayer time and workout routines.

Iya said, "I love how we both have different me time but we respect each other's me time because we know its value for each other."

Drew continued, "If we both have me time, it means we are renewing ourselves, we are recreating ourselves, we are regenerating, we are trying to pamper ourselves, resetting."

For Drew and Iya, the benefit of me time not only affects them but the people surrounding them daily

Drew said, "If we do that we become better people for each other, for the kids, and for everyone. Even for work."
